Appointments

All appointments are by appointment only and must be booked in advance via our online booking system.

Please arrive on time, as each session is reserved exclusively for you.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to respect following clients’ bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

Your time is valuable — and so is ours. These policies help us maintain fairness and availability for all clients.

Payment & Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

Deposits are credited toward your treatment on the day and are non-refundable if cancelled within the 24-hour window.

We accept cash, EFTPOS,Pay ID, and all major credit cards.

Afterpay and treatment plans are also available for select services.

Consultations

All new clients must begin with a consultation or introductory facial.

This ensures we can assess your skin professionally, discuss your goals, and create a personalised plan before performing advanced treatments.

Pre- & Post-Treatment Care

Depending on your service, specific pre- and post-care instructions may apply.

Please follow your therapist’s guidance closely — it’s essential to protect your results and prevent irritation.

Avoid active skincare, tanning, exfoliation, and direct sun exposure before and after advanced treatments unless advised otherwise.

Patch Testing

If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to tints, dyes, or henna in the past, a patch test is required at least 72 hours before your appointment.

This ensures your comfort and safety.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Many of our treatments can be safely performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Please inform us at booking so we can adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

• Dermaplaning (where appropriate)
• Elementals by Skin Moderne Hydrating Protocols

We’ll always tailor your experience to suit this special stage safely and comfortably.

Treatment Results & Consistency

Results vary depending on factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to homecare recommendations.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-studio or online.

They are valid for 3 years from purchase and can be redeemed on treatments or products.

Memberships & Skin Plans

Our Treatment Plans and Memberships are designed to make consistent skin care achievable and affordable.

These plans are billed weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your chosen structure.

Membership payments are non-refundable but can be paused or transferred with notice under specific circumstances.

User Generated Content

We love seeing your glow! By tagging or sharing your results with us, you grant permission for us to repost or share your content.

You can request removal of your content by emailing us and we’ll action it promptly.
